What will you be a part of?.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you'll build and scale ZoomRx's organic brand presence across multiple channels.
This role demands a strategic operator who can establish repeatable processes, elevate executive visibility, and translate brand activity into measurable business impact.
You'll own the systems and workflows that drive consistent brand performance while embodying our Creative Sage archetypecombining deep expertise with innovative thinking.
Why this role matters: Build ZoomRxs organic brand presence, distribute thought leadership and capture earned media, grow executive visibility, and elevate event impact.
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Gurugram/Pune/Chennai).
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead organic social strategy (LinkedIn-first): build scalable content calendars, processes & performance frameworks across 5 - 10 product lines.
- Run thought leadership distribution: repurpose content, manage syndication, maintain consistent executive voice across owned, earned & social channels.
- Manage earned media ops: build journalist relationships, coordinate contributed articles & speaking slots, track PR metrics, and drive award submissions.
- Drive executive visibility programs: social coaching, byline pipelines, conference workflows & quarterly visibility reporting.
- Own tradeshow execution end-to-end: booth strategy, speaking abstracts, promo campaigns, pre/post-event nurture & attribution tracking.
- Build brand performance measurement: define KPIs, create dashboards, establish reporting cadence & deliver insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales & Design to maintain brand consistency and align messaging to business goals.
Qualification:
- 5+ years in B2B brand/content/social marketing (life sciences, healthcare, SaaS preferred).
- 3+ years activating brand across digital channels website, social, email, landing pages.
- Hands-on with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot CMS).
- Proven ability to build organic social programs with measurable growth (portfolio required).
- Experience driving earned media, contributed articles & industry speaking opportunities.
- Strong process mindset workflows, SOPs & scalable systems.
- Outstanding editorial judgment & copywriting; able to simplify complex topics.
- Experience partnering with C-suite & SMEs to create authentic thought leadership.
- Skilled with social management tools (Hootsuite/Sprout) + LinkedIn analytics + PR tools.
- End-to-end tradeshow management (booth planning execution reporting).
- Data-driven with ability to link brand metrics to business results.
- Highly organized, detail-focused & great at managing parallel projects.
