Investment Banking Analyst Responsibilities: - Corporate finance role in terms of long-term modeling and evaluating various transactions and capital structure choices for the business. - Work closely with the management in preparing and maintaining the overall business plan of the organization. - Understand the business verticals of the organization in detail and contribute to ensuring the business plan is aligned closely with the current business trends and forward-looking strategy. - Participate in providing and addressing investor queries/requests w. r. t various strategic and fundraising activities including management of the broader Investment Relations responsibilities. - Enable the business function in aligning the performance of the business to the broader trickle-down PL objectives of the business from the overall business plan. Requirements: - MBA with at least 3-5 years of experience in a finance-based role, preferably from an investment banking, or consulting background. - Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Should possess an analytical, data-driven mindset. - Should be a proactive, self-motivated, team player. - Prior experience with a start-up specifically e-commerce or another marketplace would be preferred.
