Join Our Team! Seeking a High-Impact Sales Professional to Drive Surety Growth!

At Zoom Insurance Brokers, were expanding our Surety portfolio and are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong industry relationships and a solid understanding of financial products.

Location: Multiple locations (India).

Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients requiring Surety Bonds (Performance, Advance Payment, Bid, Retention).

- Build a steady pipeline across EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, and MSME segments.

- Position Surety Bonds as a strategic alternative to bank guarantees in conversations with CFOs, treasury heads, and procurement teams.

- Conduct product presentations and simplify surety structures and underwriting requirements for clients.

- Gather and evaluate client financials and project details to support underwriting.

- Work with insurers to negotiate terms and design the most suitable bonding programs.

- Ensure smooth executionfrom proposal discussions to final bond issuance.

- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners to stay aligned on capacity, appetite, and risk guidelines.

- Track policy changes, market trends, and new project announcements to identify high-potential opportunities.

- Drive revenue achievement and maintain accurate reporting of leads, progress, and conversions.

Requirements:

- 3-10 years of experience in banking, corporate lending, trade finance, working capital sales, project finance, or corporate insurance sales.

- Strong network within infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.

- Good understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple decision-makers.

- Proactive, target-focused, and comfortable with field-intensive sales.

Preferred:

- Experience selling Bank Guarantees, LC/Trade Finance products, Working Capital Loans, or Corporate/ Liability Insurance.

- Prior exposure to Surety Bonds (preferred but not mandatory).

- MBA/PGDM or similar finance qualification.
