Experience & Qualification:
- 6 - 8 years' experience
- MBA (Finance / Strategy from Premium B school)
- Certified and experienced in applying Generative AI and other AI-driven tools for business insights and strategic solutions Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and advanced business analytics
- Prior experience of working with Promoter / Founders Office
- Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
Key Responsibilities Including but not Limited to:
- Assist the CEO in developing and executing comprehensive business plan
- Oversee strategic meetings and preparing impactful presentation
- Oversee Management Information Systems (MIS) data, conducting variance and root cause analysis to identify business performance gaps and opportunities.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and data analytics necessary for informed strategic decision-making and growth
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business heads to align planning with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights sharing recommendation to the management
- Drive special projects and process improvement initiatives in business planning and reporting
- Bring structure to broad, ambiguous ideas and translate them into actionable roadmaps
- Utilize existing market research, internal data and budgets into insightful business plans
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Research oriented with proven ability to gather and synthesize relevant market, industry, and financial data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong expertise in business finance, planning and analysis
- Skilled in using advanced tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data visualization software; familiarity with AI tools and automation in research and analytics is essential
- Proficient with finance modelling and forecasting
- Ability to translate data into business recommendation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
