
Roles & Responsibilities (diversity hiring only female candidates should apply):
- Partnering with Business Leaders and Managers on Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing profiles across channels - portals, LinkedIn, referrals building a database
- Interview candidate, negotiate salary discussion and ensure closures.
- Responsible for hiring quality and hiring analytics.
- Weekly hiring dashboards and Offer Closures for all BU
- Onboarding - ensuring onboarding, documentation and BGV
- Ensuring implementation and roll out of the recruitment tool
- Responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing
Ideal candidate will:
- Have fulltime MBA from a reputed institute
- Undergraduate in Engineering (Electronics, E&C, CS) will be an add On
- Be responsible for closure of Offers and discussions independently
- handled volume hirings across functions
- have exceptional stakeholder management skills
- be currently residing in Gurgaon.
