About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Territory Manager to oversee the sales and distribution operations across the assigned district.
The role involves managing distributor networks, driving sales through banking outlets, and leading a team to expand business in fintech and financial inclusion services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales across the assigned district, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Handle a network of 5-7 distributors and approximately 600700 banking outlets offering products such as AEPS, Domestic Money Transfer, Savings Accounts, and Insurance.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 610 promoters to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and promotional activities at the ground level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and banking channel partners.
- Monitor business performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in Fintech, Banking (Business Correspondent network management), or Telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion products such as AEPS, DMT, and micro-insurance
