Job Description - Zonal Technical Manager (HL & LAP Prime)

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

The Zonal Technical Manager will lead the technical evaluation and property valuation function for Home Loans and LAP Prime business across the assigned zone. The role involves ensuring quality technical assessments, risk mitigation, vendor management, policy compliance, and supporting business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage technical valuation and property assessment for HL & LAP cases.

- Ensure compliance with technical underwriting and risk policies.

- Review valuation reports, technical deviations, and audit observations.

- Drive TAT, portfolio quality, and process efficiency.

- Manage empaneled valuers and technical agencies.

- Partner with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth case processing.

- Monitor fraud risks and conduct portfolio quality reviews.

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/BE Civil/MBA with 8-15 years of experience.

- Strong exposure to Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Technical Valuation, and Property Assessment.

- Experience in Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or NBFCs.

- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
