Base location: Borivali

CTC: 35 lacs fixed

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Zonal level role managing Technical valuations across active locations for LAP, HL and Construction Finance

2. Managing team of State Technical Managers (STM) and Technical Managers (TM)

3. Building a strong Technical Team with local market intelligence and competition mapping

4. Identification, empanelment and management of valuation agencies for respective locations.

5. Review and approval of valuation reports with regard to valuation amounts, property rates, collateral acceptability etc.

6. Visiting large sized properties for preparing technical valuation report.

7. Review and approval of valuation reports with regard to deviations of construction norms as per local bye laws, sanction plan deviations, demolition risk and any special comments made by the valuers in the valuation reports.

8. Coordinating with valuation agencies for resolving any issues in the valuation amounts or issues arising from significant difference between two valuations.

9. Providing opinion to credit approvers in case of any issues relating to valuation.

10. Regular interaction with valuation agencies and brokers in different markets to get a sense on fair market values of properties in different geographies and other developments in the market.

11. In-depth Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Legal/Building Bye-laws.

12. Overall Collateral management.
