Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Be responsible for Entire Operations & Business Development of his zone with one Zonal Head-Operations and Zonal Head-Business Operations reporting to him and P&L for the Zone - Provide Supervision & Direction on the following to be executed through his Zonal Ops. and BD Heads - Managing Zonal Head-Operations and Zonal Head-Business Development - Commissioning, Installation and Maintenance of baling machines & recycling machines in the specified zone in India as per planned volume. - Quarterly plans, & reporting of requisition of machines & production. - Procurement of the desired quantity of baled material from the vendors as per agreement with them. - Training to the vendors for producing quality material. - Ensuring Compliance of EPR/Traceability norms at vendors- location. - Selection and verification of vendors according to the given criteria. - Control Supply Chain of baled material as per plan from the sales department. - Logistics for inward and outward supplies. - Appropriate legal actions against defaulter vendors. - Attend trade shows, workshops and on-boarding plastic recyclers, cement kilns - Supervising for Coordinating with recyclers for Purchase Orders, Supply, Payments & documentation - On-boarding scrap aggregators, traders and source plastic scrap/material of various categories - Oversee Zonal Head- Business Development for Expansion of business into new locations, selling the recycled product to user industries, development of franchisees, aggregators and recyclers. - Develop franchises, and aggregators and recyclers. - Management of field operations including material collections, logistics, payments and certificates to clients. - Responsibility for P& L and EPR(extended producer responsibility) targets of the zone. Qualifications & Experience Any Graduate - 10 to 20 years of work experience in the Plastic Recycling or Waste Management Industry. - Ex defence personnel with 3 years of Corporate Experience - Candidate must have sound experience as P&L Head with strong strategic, administrative and man-management experience. - Candidate must have a positive, go-getter, high energy attitude.
