Job Position : Zonal Training Manager-Defence Channel
Location : Kolkata
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
Notice period : 0-30 days (preferably immediate joiner)
Job Role:
- To address all Sales Training needs of Defence in the East zone.
- To recruit, train, certify and manage a team of Cluster Training Managers/ RTMs.
- The job involves conducting a detailed Training Need Analysis taking into account all mandatory training & needs/objectives of the channel.
- Develop/Support development/validate training content/modules to address specific training needs.
- To maintain all Training Records as required by the regulators and internal process.
- To ensure clean audit on all training process.
- To support the Head Sales Training in creating an Annual Training Budget and ensure adherence through diligent cost control.
- To Facilitate development and career progression of the mapped trainers.
- To develop & deliver through the team special Training modules/ projects on a Pan India basis for assigned Projects and CHOICe Sales team.
- To review / ensure positive Sales Quality scores of mapped zones.
- To conduct monthly physical hub checks by self and / or trainers and report non compliance (if any), on regulatory and process adherence.
Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for leadership development in the zone and assigned areas.
- Will be responsible for team's KPI achievement.
- To manage new joiners and their early success percentage.
- To support in fencing attrition in the zone.
- To support sales team achieve their targets.
- To support Channels heads to drive business rhythms and targets in the zone.
- Will be responsible to drive change in the organization
- Will be responsible for knowledge of the sales teams in terms of product and processes.
- Will be responsible to instill and establish organizational Values in the zone and assigned areas.
- Will be responsible to manage budget and cost incurred in the region.
- Preparing and scheduling Training Calendar of the Region
- Preparing TNA ( Training Needs Analysis) along with the Regional Sales Authority
