Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share across offline channels.

- Lead and manage a team of zonal sales managers (ZSMs) and territory sales managers (TSMs) to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail chains, distributors, and channel partners to secure strategic partnerships and increase brand visibility and distribution in the offline market.

Channel Expansion & Existing Channel Management:

- Manage and expand Presence across new and existing markets, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.

- Identify opportunities to onboard new retail outlets & expand partnerships with key distributors.

- Oversee and optimize existing channel management practices by evaluating distributor performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and negotiating improved terms with existing partners.

- Implement best practices for channel performance management, including regular audits, feedback loops, and performance improvement plans where necessary.

- Support existing channels with the necessary resources, product training, and marketing support to maintain and grow sales.
