Job Summary:

- Bookmylabs is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across Jharkhand.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Marketing, particularly in sectors such as Franchise, Pharma, FMCG, or Telecom.

- This role requires strategic leadership to drive growth, manage regional teams, and expand our market presence in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned zone (Jharkhand).

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and onboard new franchise partners and channel partners.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and local outreach.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.

- Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Industry experience in Franchise, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Telecom is highly preferred.

- Proven track record of managing large territories and leading sales teams.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
