Key Responsibilities:
- Own Business Performance: Drive revenue, enrolments, profitability, and overall growth across all centres within the zone.
- Scale & Expand the Zone: Identify high-potential markets, evaluate feasibility, and lead expansion of owned and franchise centres.
- Govern Centre & Franchise Excellence: Set standards, ensure operational discipline, and drive consistent academic and service quality across the zone.
- Strengthen Partner Success: Build high-performing franchise partnerships through structured reviews, compliance governance, and strategic interventions.
- Drive Sales Effectiveness: Build scalable sales rhythms, optimise funnel performance, and ensure centres hit growth and conversion goals.
- Champion Learner Experience: Monitor learner insights, resolve systemic issues, and uplift the overall experience across the zone.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track market trends and competitor dynamics to shape zonal strategy and influence organisation-wide decisions.
Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or P&L ownership.
