Qualification: BE / B.Tech / HVAC

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head the Zonal business for RAC, Light Commercial & VRF portfolio through the Sales & Service Dealer (SSD) channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive zonal revenue growth and market share expansion

- Lead dealer network development and channel performance

- Own sales forecasting, inventory planning & pricing strategy

- Ensure effective AR management and credit control

- Mentor and lead a team of Area Sales Managers

- Engage with architects, consultants and key project influencers

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years of experience in HVAC / AC channel sales

- Strong exposure to dealer management & zonal operations

- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets

- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability

- This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen and the ability to scale channel-led growth.
