Reporting To: Zonal Business Manager

Job Level: Manager / Senior Manager

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to drive product and service sales across assigned territories, ensuring strong distribution and achievement of key sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expand distribution network by maximizing SIM & data selling outlets.

- Drive sales growth of high-value products and digital services.

- Develop and execute monthly sales plans based on market analysis.

- Manage channel partners for profitability and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to meet business KPIs.

- Monitor competition and provide insights to relevant teams.

- Coach and guide TSMs to achieve targets and prepare for larger roles.

Skills Required:

- Strong team leadership

- Stakeholder management

- Analytical and problem-solving ability

- High energy and persuasion skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- PGDM/MBA

- 5+ years in Sales (Telecom, FMCG, or related sectors)
