Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth and expand the market presence for wheat flour and rice categories. This senior leadership role involves achieving regional sales targets, managing distributor networks, building strategic client relationships, and contributing to business expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in promoting and selling wheat flour and rice products within the FMCG/Food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and motivate a sales team of 50+ professionals.
- Manage and expand distribution networks across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and performance delivery.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing of wheat flour and rice products.
