- Deliver sustainable revenue growth by market segments and categories by self and the team of Area Sales Managers.

- Lead and develop the team of Area Sales Managers to deliver the Zonal and individual sales targets.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, channel partners, and developers to drive business development and sustainable revenue growth.

- Provide monthly inputs to the Regional Sales Manager of market movements, market/segment changes, competitor activities, and industry in the zone.

- Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement in the zone.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the zonal sales team, fostering a culture of process excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Help with execution of Marketing and/or Customer Marketing initiatives in the zone.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations within the zonal sales organisation.

Key Result Areas:

- Deliver sales, and GTM mix targets for the Zone.

- Ensure self and sales team members achieve individual sales targets by adhering to a robust PDR process.

- Ensure self and a majority of the sales team members achieve sales incentives.

- Ensure sales planning and forecasts are delivered as per schedule, including and not limited to new product launches for the Zone.

- Align self and the team of Area Sales Managers with the defined organisational objectives, processes, tools and policies.

- Manage relationships with key industry influencers, channel partners, and developers to drive business development and sustainable revenue growth.

- Adhere to and drive adherence to defined processes and usage of defined process tools by self and the team of Area Sales Managers.

- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Knowledge:

- Good leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the zonal sales team to achieve the results.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and channel partners in the zone.

- Strong ability to execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.

- Results-oriented, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth, achieving targets, and delivering value to customers and consumers.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone, and occasionally regionally/nationally as required
