Job Profile: We are looking for a high-performing Zonal Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets while keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. The company is a leading automotive paint and car care product manufacturing MNC. Key Responsibilities: Channel Management: - Managing key dealers, understanding dealer behaviour, converting competitors, and growing at dealer counters Planning & Execution: - Monthly plan : Territory wise, Dealer wise planning, Security Deposit planning, New dealer appointment plans, Predefined Journey Planning for Territory Leaders . Commercial : - Understanding of policies, schemes, incentives and overdue analysis. - Logistics & Forecasting - Understanding of the forecasting process, allocation of stock from RDC to CFA, stock follow-up, and maximization of stocks Monthly Reporting: - Understanding the Monthly Review, All Possible Reports (Collection and Presentation), and - Understanding MIS - Understanding of category-wise potential and growth opportunities: category-wise promotion planning, organisation of customer meetings, grabbing market share Candidate Requirements: - MBA full-time only is preferred. - Building Material / Lighting / Paints can apply Experience level: 8-12 years. - The candidate should be mobile to get transferred to any location in India for every 2 years. - Should have handled the team for at least 2 years. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
