Zonal Sales Manager/Branch Manager North). This role will be responsible for managing large-scale sales and distribution operations across multiple states, driving growth of existing brands and scaling recently launched product categories
Responsibilities:- Lead sales and distribution operations across multiple states, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Manage a large distributor network, ensuring strong secondary sales and market execution.
- Provide leadership to large field sales teams, including ASMs and frontline sales staff.
- Drive market expansion, outlet coverage, and field execution across the zone.
- Support new product launches and brand growth initiatives in the region.
Qualifications:- Experience in the FMCG or Food industry with strong distribution-driven business exposure.
- 2+ years in a zonal leadership role managing large and complex markets.
- Proven experience handling 34 states simultaneously.
- Experience managing 250+ distributors and 100+ sales team members.
- Comfortable with 10 to 12 days of travel per month to drive field execution.
