About:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the architectural segment and achieve sales targets in the Zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, project management companies, and key decision-makers in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and marketing materials targeting the architectural segment for the zone.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team on new initiatives and making them accountable with the on the job coaching, joint customer visits, right review mechanisms, feedback sessions etc.
- Work with the product development team to understand customer requirements and provide feedback for product improvement & new product development in the zone.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement in the zone.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demonstrations to educate and engage potential customers.
