Job Purpose:

- Organization perspective: Coordinate and implement the marketing strategies with a view to meet overall organizational objective (Sales, Marketing, Dealer / Distributor development)

- Customer Perspective: Ensure fulfillment of customer satisfaction thru fulfilling their expectations in terms of quality product, services & Timelines.

Job Specification:

Qualifications (Basic, Professional & any other desired qualification):

- DME / BE (Mechanical/Agri branch) PG in Marketing (Preferable)

- Functional/ Job Related Competencies (Knowledge, Skills)

- Good technical knowledge. Application knowledge.

- Skills related to communication, interpersonal behaviour, negotiations, networking result orientation, problem solving, initiative, decision making, planning and listening, sustain pressure.

- Leadership quality, energetic , assertive.

- Tamil is essential and knowledge of Kannada & Telugu will preferrable

Zonal / Regional Manager - Sales

Job Responsibilities / Accountability:

Sales & After Market Support Activity:

- Prepare & ensure execution of monthly business plan and collections. .

- Planning & monitoring the execution of sales, sales promotion activities & aftermarket support i.e. planning at dealership, arranging video testimonials etc.

- Weekly work planning of Sales & Service Executives and its implementation.

- New Dealer planning & Recruitment.

- Responsible for institutional sales / corporate sales and tapping big farmers.

- Demand forecasting and product planning

- Managing commercial issues of the area.

- Liaoning with Financial Institutions and Government offices for Finance, Subsidy & tender matter.

- Market Intelligence reporting.

- Follow up of Demonstration Plans.

- Monitoring sales from enquiry generation.

- Planning & conducting sales promotional activities across the state / zone thru dealerships to generate sufficient enquires / brand name.

- Demand forecasting and product planning

- Managing commercial issues of the area if require.
