The Zonal Sales Head is responsible for driving the sales of Prime Home Loan products across the assigned geographical zone. The role entails managing regional and area sales teams, ensuring achievement of sales targets, building robust distribution networks (connectors, builders), and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve disbursement and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Sales Officers.
- Identify new markets, distribution channels (connectors, buldires), and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics - login to disbursement conversion, sourcing mix, and TATs.
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for all sourcing channels.
- Drive customer acquisition for salaried and self-employed prime segment.
- Train and motivate the sales team and partners for high performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for smooth functioning.
- Analyze competition, market trends, and provide strategic inputs to leadership.
- Use CRM tools and data analytics to drive insights and decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan products, especially Prime segment (salaried/self-employed).
- Team leadership and people management.
- Data-driven decision-making and MIS reporting.
- Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders.
- High customer orientation and execution capability.
