- We are seeking a result-oriented and strategic Zonal Sales Head to drive FMCG business expansion across multiple geographies.
- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and managing the complete zonal sales ecosystem - including channel development, team building, supply chain integration, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. The role demands a dynamic, flexible leader capable of adapting to changing priorities and geographies in a fast- scaling startup environment.
- The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in Supply Chain Management, Distribution Networks, and Leadership within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share at the zonal level.
- Lead channel development initiatives (GT, MT, HoReCa, Institutional) from zero base,
building sustainable distribution channels.
- Conduct market mapping and onboard distributors/stockists as a core function to strengthen distribution reach.
- Take P&L ownership at the zonal level, ensuring accountability and financial discipline.
- Implement performance tracking through sales dashboards, KPIs, and periodic business reviews.
- Collaborate with logistics partners for last-mile fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.
- Drive competitive benchmarking and market intelligence reporting to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Lead training and capability-building programs for field teams to enhance skill and productivity.
