Role Overview:

The Zonal Sales Head role is responsible for driving sales and business development for PMS, Mutual Funds, and AIF products within the Chandigarh Tricity, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, J&K,Rajasthan. This role involves leading a team of relationship managers, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting investment solutions to achieve regional sales targets. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the investment team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal sales targets for PMS, Mutual Funds, and AIF products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting, expanding the client base and market share within the Chandigarh zone.

- Collaborate with the investment team to develop compelling investment proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of PMS, Mutual Funds, and AIF products to potential clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and client service.

- Organize and participate in investment seminars, roadshows, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand awareness within the region.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing accurate and timely information on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets in the wealth management industry.

- Proven expertise in selling PMS, Mutual Funds, and AIF products to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

- Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment, demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented mindset.

- MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or a related field preferred.
