Industry Preference: Industrial Oils, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Industrial Products

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive regional/zonal B2B sales operations for our portfolio of specialty industrial oils & lubricants (Transformer Oils, Liquid Paraffins, White Oils, and related petrochemical products). This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, managing high-value institutional clients, expanding distribution channels, and leading regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales growth across zonal markets with monthly volume targets.

- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.

- Develop & implement sales strategies for industrial, FMCG, pharma, and chemical sectors.

- Manage key accounts: Govt./PSUs, Electricity Boards, Transformer OEMs, FMCG & Pharma companies, Rubber & Textile industries.

- Expand distributor & OEM network; convert competitor distributors into partners.

- Ensure collections, pricing, and credit control in line with business policies.

- Provide market insights, competitor analysis & MIS reports for top management.

- Travel extensively (1820 days/month) across assigned region for client engagement.

Candidate Profile

- 12 to 17 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial sales, with 3 to 4+ years in team leadership.

- Strong exposure to bulk sales (tankers/barrels), pricing, distribution & credit management.

- Background in Industrial Oils, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Pharma, or Industrial Products preferred.

- Excellent skills in client relationship management, negotiations, and business development.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
