Zonal Receivable Manager - Hard Bucket

Zonal Receivable Manager - (Wheels - Hard Bucket) - Pune.

Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (90+).

- Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.

- Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.

- Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.

- Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.

- Handle and lead the team of Collection.

KPIs:

- Collection efficiency vs target.

- Roll rate and vintage movement.

- Cost per unit recovery.

- Agency performance and audit scores.

- Legal case resolution TAT.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/MBA with 18-25 years in vehicle finance collections.

- Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.

- Willing to travel extensively within the zone.

- Base location : Pune (Candidate must have exposure in multi state handling MH, GJ & MP/CG).

- Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Car Loan, Commercial Vehicles Loan, Construction Equipment Loan & Tractor Loan).
