Zonal Operations Head - Retail

Role Summary :

- We are hiring a seasoned operations leader to drive end-to-end operations, managing large-scale warehouse networks and leading high-volume teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

- Manage multi-location operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

- Oversee warehouses with a focus on process optimization and cost control

- Lead and manage large teams (ground workforce)

- Drive key KPIs such as fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce/logistics/retail operations

- Experience in grocery/quick commerce preferred

- Managed 1000+ team (including on-ground workforce)

- Handled 50+ warehouses across multiple locations

- Strong execution, stakeholder management & ops excellence

- Education: Pedigree preferred (flexible for strong profiles)
