Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Operations Head to lead and scale operations for our Quick Commerce business across the Ahmedabad region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large, fast-paced operational setups, driving key performance metrics, and ensuring seamless last-mile delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership:

- Lead and manage multiple cluster and area managers across the Ahmedabad zone to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Performance Management:

- Drive critical KPIs including order fill rate, on-time delivery, cost per order, and customer satisfaction.

Manpower & Fleet Optimization:

- Oversee rider productivity, manpower planning, and route optimization to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Process Excellence:

- Collaborate with central operations, technology, and training teams to implement SOPs, adopt new tools, and enhance process automation.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety protocols, and company operational standards. Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures wherever necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with cross-functional teams, local authorities, and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow and regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Monitor business performance through dashboards, data analysis, and regular reviews. Present monthly reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills :-

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal Delivery, E-commerce, or Last-Mile Operations leadership.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, data dashboards, and operational reporting tools.

- Leadership Skills: Strong people management, decision-making, and performance coaching capabilities.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.

- Other Attributes: Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach, and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
