Position Objective:  Plan and execute innovative marketing interventions to help build the brand / brands under the portfolio of Ola and / or to drive relevant marketing metrics.  Strategic Planning:  Develop outbound marketing programs that will run over offline, online and / or social channels.   Develop integrated marketing campaigns - including marketing strategy, channel selection, marketing calendar, strike the right partnerships and execute on timelines.   Measurement and monitoring of Brand Equity, with responsibility for driving analytics, developing executive insights and advocating for learnings through the organization.  Lead the development of an annual insights roadmap by determining the core consumer learning needs for the business team  Aggregate insights to converge to a solid understanding of our consumers as well as funnel those insights into the right positioning for the brand.   Execute ad-hoc research requests as well as quick consumer dipsticks to gather quick feedback.  Have oversight over business numbers, measure effectiveness of campaigns, prepare detailed reports for reviews.   Write crisp agency briefs and liaison with external agencies to develop simple and effective communication campaigns.   Media planning across channels to deliver best bang for the buck.   Work with internal cross-functional teams to align functions to deliver on campaign promises.   Show evidence of leadership skills and strong analytical abilities.   Mine for consumer insights by mounting critical primary or secondary research.   Analyze internal customer and business metrics to reveal gaps in product, offer or communication to drive business goals.  Operational Efficiencies:  Marketing research project management, including data analysis, interpretation, survey design and implementation and report writing  Strong interpersonal skills  Comfort with a fast moving, startup environment and ability to adapt to change fast.   Ability to spot actionable insights from heaps of unstructured data.   Ability to own complex projects that have the ability to deliver exponential uplift in customer experience for Ola.   Obsessive consumer focus  The right attitude, enthusiasm and aptitude to excel in the responsibilities listed above.   Heaps of energy and drive!  Requirement:  Should be a MBA from a premier Institute  Prior experience in Sales & Marketing, Alliances or demonstrable excellence in understanding marketing concepts and thinking from a consumer point of view preferred.   Prior experience in handling creative and media agencies.   Experience with project leadership and requiring co-ordination with cross-team leadership and persistence and energy to accomplish goals
