Looking for Graduates/post graduates from top B Schools Only for an e-commerce venture.   About the role:  The person who is go getter, proactively reach out to market, effectively communicate with consumers and engage through various communication channels and plan execute campaigns, make travel great experience for the Company customers   KRA- s:  Consumer Research & Product Development: Develop a good understanding of the market and the consumer to define/ improve on our product offerings set right communication, and develop a structured approach to acquire/ re target repeat customers.   Community engagement: Be the brand ambassador for Company - Conceptualize, organize and Involve - Effectively reach out to potential customers and build a loyal, active and a healthy community of Company customers across online and offline platforms!   Conceptualize & Execute Campaigns: Actively engage with potential and current customers through various interaction media (online + offline) by launching campaigns maximizing ROI and effectiveness.   Campaign analysis: Defining metrics for evaluation of campaigns, work closely with Business Analyst and monitor the progress of campaigns.   Budgeting: Work closely with top management team on Marketing budget - Planning, delivery and evaluation   Coordination: Agencies and Partner co-ordination, interact with sales and marketing team.
