Continuously improve network capacity and capability through appointment, evaluation and improvement. 2. Develop and impliment short and long term business plans through forecasting processes 3. Interface to execute the strategic programs through network Role Description: 1. Procurement Planning and Achievement 1.1 Fore case and prepare an annual plan with target image For Procurement from different Sources 1.2 Forecast Procurement Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise 1.3 Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions 1.4 Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee 1.5 Tie-up with B2B and Auction Companies for Bulk Buying 2. Retail Planning & Achievement 1.1 Fore case and prepare an annual plan with target image for retail from different Sources 1.2 Forecast Retail Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise 1.3 Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions 1.4 Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee 2. PDCA and Support 2.1 Negotiate and arrange the other sales enablers inputs (Retail finance, RTO, Warranties, RSA, Insurance & BTL ) 2.2 Conduct weekly PDCA with TMs for business improvement actions 2.3 Evaluate Different suitable sources for Procurement & Retail and Plan Accordingly 2.4 Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy 2.5 Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and provide suitable opportunities or challenges 2.6 Facilitate decision making for the team 3. Authorized Franchise and market visit 3.1 Visit key Authorized Franchise/town and coach the sales team and dealers 3.2 Talk to key Authorized Franchisee /competition to get market updates/trends 3.3 Check effectiveness on relationships of TRUMOTO team with Authorized Franchisee 3.4 Check the TVSM standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery customer audit 4. Network development 4.1 Select and recommend parties for dealerships 4.2 Review weak dealers for future course of actions 5. Training and development 5.1 Mentor and coach the team 5.2 Develop the succession plan through identifying the gaps and training needs for the team 5.3 Identify the competency gaps for the field team and suggest learning requirement 6.1 Prioritise and support in execution of new projects/processes 6.2 Represent zone to the senior management Vice versa 6.3 Provide market insights for the strategic actions at organisation level
