Role Summary

- Weare looking for a high-performing Zonal Sales Manager to lead and scale Enterprise and Channel Sales across an assigned zone. The role focuses on driving revenue through large enterprise accounts and strategic channel partners while strengthening organization's presence among mid-to-large businesses.

- This position requires a strong people leader with deep exposure to enterprise B2B sales, partner-led growth, and solution-based selling, preferably from eCommerce / Internet, Banking, or Insurance backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Zonal Sales Leadership

- Own revenue, growth, and market penetration targets for the assigned zone

- Lead, coach, and manage high-performing enterprise and channel sales teams

- Drive disciplined execution of sales strategy aligned with organization's business objectives

Enterprise Sales

- Oversee acquisition and growth of large and mid-sized enterprise accounts

- Enable teams to engage CXOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers with consultative selling approaches

- Support key deal closures, negotiations, and strategic accounts

Channel & Partner Sales

- Build, manage, and scale a strong ecosystem of channel partners, resellers, and alliances

- Drive partner productivity, onboarding, and performance management

- Identify new channel opportunities to accelerate regional and zonal growth

Strategy, Planning & Execution

- Develop zonal sales plans, forecasting models, and pipeline strategies

- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights

- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive GTM initiatives

Governance & Performance Management

- Track sales metrics, productivity, and funnel health through CRM dashboards

- Ensure adherence to compliance, process, and governance standards

- Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and customer focus

Key Requirement:

Experience

- 5-8 years of total work experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales / channel sales

- Proven experience in eCommerce / Internet businesses, Banking, or Insurance companies

- Prior exposure to managing enterprise clients and partner-driven sales models

- Experience in people management is mandatory

Education: MBA from a Premier B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, or equivalent)

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong enterprise sales and partner management expertise

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning abilities

- High ownership, execution focus, and leadership maturity

- Strong communication and presentation skills
