Zonal Sales Manager - Institutional Sales
Description:
Excellent Opportunity with Top MNC Client @ Hyderabad
Responsibility:
- Should be a good Team leader
- Should be able to handle a team of 3 to 4 People
- Will be Handling Exclusively company Brand for 3 States ( AP/ TS & Karnataka)
- To maximize sales from Nominated Accounts
- Coordination with builders and generate the new business.
- To develop relationships with key influencers like architect, designers & interior designers and ensure our brands are preferred brands in projects
- Establishing contacts with Hotel chains/groups & potential architect/builder visits and closing the leads generated from them to generate business.
- To ensure proper servicing of large accounts in terms of mock up supplies etc based on the development of the project
- To follow up and ensure collection as per agreed terms
Skills:
- Should have good rapport with leading builders / architects
- Basic knowledge in Excel
- Effective communication
