Description:
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives across all four plants.
- Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent deployment to ensure operational continuity.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of managerial, staff, and contract workforce.
- Implement training, skill development, and capability-building programs for employees and contract labor.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution across plants.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to build morale and reduce attrition.
- Monitor productivity, absenteeism, and workforce cost to ensure efficiency.
- Partner with plant managers for performance management and succession planning.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare practices for employees and contract labor.
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and ethical workplace practices at the plant level.
- Guide and mentor HR teams and reportees to build a high-performing HR function.
