
Role Overview:
As the Zonal Human Resource Manager based in Pune, you will be a critical partner in driving the people strategy for the zone, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees across various functions, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational effectiveness, ensuring the zone operates with a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the Pune zone to drive business results.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop talent management strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
