Zonal HR Professional - Talent Acquisition - Banking/NBFC

Description:

We are looking for a Zonal HR professional to lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Team Management for a fast-growing Banking/NBFC organization. The role will focus on bulk hiring, field sales hiring, and regional HR execution across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a TA team of ~12 recruiters across zones

- Drive bulk & volume hiring for sales, operations, and branch roles

- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (TA & TM)

- Plan and execute hiring strategies for Maharashtra, CG & MP

- Coordinate with business leaders for manpower planning and closures

- Ensure hiring TATs, quality of hires, and compliance adherence

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of HR/TA experience in Banking or NBFC only

- Strong hands-on experience in bulk / mass hiring

- Prior team handling experience is mandatory

- Exposure to multi-location / zonal hiring

- Excellent stakeholder management & execution skills

Preferred Background:

- Experience hiring for branch banking, sales, collection, or ops roles
