Unique to its service offering E-connect has the Cash on Delivery and Prepaid facility to 6700 direct pin codes and reach to 14,000 remote pin codes in tier 2 & 3 cities enabling your business to reach the remotest corner of the country.  Role: Zonal Responsibility  Reports to: AGM - HR Business Partner   Key Accountabilities/Duties:  - Work out a people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.  - Guide and drive recruiting process by influencing line manager  - Develop new channels of hiring sources and create a healthy pipeline.  - Ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like leave, payroll, benefits and employee database management, etc.  - Implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent.  - Work closely with functional heads to identify training needs and roll out a training calendar.  - Implement PMS and facilitate annual compensation review and employee development.  - Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of communication  - Visit field periodically to understand and solve people related issues.  - Monitor employee engagement initiatives and maintain strong Employee Relations.  - To roll out initiatives to build a positive brand image in job market.  Competencies / Expectation while in this position  - Ability to influence key stakeholders and manage them  - Good analytical and decision making skills  - Capable to organize and execute HR Programs  - Ability to manage field issues  - Good Interviewing and training skills  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  - Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills  - Provide leadership to the team  Required to travel extensively across North Zone  Qualification & Experience:   - MBA - HR or equivalent from a premier institute  - With an experience of 6+ years in HR function and should have handled an independent responsibility of function  Location: Delhi / Gurgaon
