Role Overview
Our client, a leading financial services group, is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to manage the South Zone operations. The role will work closely with business leadership and the CHRO to drive people strategy, talent management, and HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the South Zone.
- Drive people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to manage performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support business growth by ensuring effective talent acquisition, retention strategies, and leadership development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR advisory for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with the CHRO on HR transformation initiatives, culture building, and change management programs.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Use HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within Financial Services / BFSI / NBFC / Banking.
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leadership teams.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute preferred.
