Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Drive acquisition of Pioneer Banking customers across the assigned zone.
- Achieve CASA, deposits, investments, insurance, lending, and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute zonal business plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Heads, Cluster Heads, Branch Managers, and Relationship Managers.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular business reviews.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and capability development.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and productivity enhancement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Strengthen relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent customers.
- Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure superior service standards and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Increase wallet share through cross-selling and upselling.
Sales & Portfolio Management:
- Grow the portfolio across CASA, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, PMS/AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Wealth Products, and lending products.
- Monitor portfolio quality and customer profitability.
Risk & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain high standards of governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor operational risks and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Credit, Risk, Wealth, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Build relationships with external partners and key market influencers.
MIS & Reporting:
- Review business dashboards and productivity metrics.
- Track revenue, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Present business performance and action plans to senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer acquisition and activation, CASA and deposit growth, Assets Under Management (AUM), Revenue and profitability, Cross-sell ratio, Portfolio quality, Team productivity, Customer satisfaction (NPS), Compliance and audit scores.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 12 - 18+ years in Retail Banking, Affluent Banking, Wealth Management, or Branch Banking.
- At least 57 years in a leadership role managing multiple regions or clusters.
- Proven experience in managing affluent/HNI customer portfolios and leading large sales teams.
