Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement zonal trade marketing plans aligned with national strategies.

- Customize dealer and retailer programs based on local market trends and sales objectives.

- Plan and monitor trade promotional budgets and ROI in the zone.

- Drive increase and maintenance of display share.

Channel Development & Support:

- Lead initiatives to onboard, train, and engage channel partners - dealers, retailers, and influencers (architects, masons, interior designers, contractors).

- Drive execution of in-store visibility initiatives: POP materials, signage, store branding, and displays.

- Support expansion of exclusive stores (Franchisee), MBOs, and enhance customer experience at touchpoints.

Schemes, Incentives & Loyalty Programs:

- Design and implement trade schemes, cashback offers, product bundling, and loyalty programs.

- Track participation and impact, and coordinate with sales and finance for timely payouts.

Retail Activation & Campaigns:

- Plan and execute zonal retail activations, roadshows, and influencer meets.

- Collaborate with local event agencies to execute BTL activities for footfall and brand visibility.

- Ensure branding at exhibitions, trade events, and dealer meets.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales teams to gather market insights and boost trade engagement.

- Coordinate with supply chain and product teams for POS materials and training support.

- Provide feedback to the central marketing team on zonal requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Maintain dashboards for scheme effectiveness, branding compliance, and dealer performance.

- Report on KPIs: footfall uplift, secondary sales growth, brand recall, and partner satisfaction.

Team Management:


- Handle team of Regional Marketing Incharges.

- Define and monitor team KPIs and performance.

- Lead, mentor, and groom the team effectively.

Budget Management:

- Manage marketing budgets for assigned zones efficiently.

- Ensure timely invoice submission and monthly provisioning.

Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the assigned zone to oversee execution and meet channel partners.
