Position: Zonal Head - Strategic Large Alliances
Experience- 8-15 years Location: Vikhroli West ( Only Mumbai based Candidates can apply for this role and only those who have worked in the Fintech or rewards programs

Role Overview:
- The Zonal Head of Large Alliances will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with major brands, platforms, and organizations. This role focuses on securing high-value alliances that enhance the company's reward catalog, improve customer value propositions, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, proven negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and experience managing complex, high-impact partnerships at a senior level.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, initiate, and establish partnerships with large national and global brands across sectors like Banks, Retail, Insurance, etc.
- Build a strategic alliance roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
- Negotiate and structure high-value deals, contracts, and collaborations.
Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary relationship owner for key strategic partners.
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication and alignment with partner stakeholders.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and explore opportunities for deeper integration and joint marketing initiatives.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Drive incremental revenue through alliance-driven reward programs, co-branded campaigns, and cross-promotional activities.
- Deliver on partnership KPIs such as usage, redemption, customer acquisition, and joint revenue generation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams including Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to operationalize alliances.
- Ensure that partner offerings are successfully integrated into the reward platform and meet client needs.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably in loyalty, rewards, fintech, or consumer engagement industries.
- Demonstrated success in closing and scaling high-value partnerships.
Skills:
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and engage C-level executives internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of reward management, loyalty ecosystems, and customer experience strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to structure deals and forecast outcomes.
