Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Zonal Heads to lead large-scale sales operations across Central and South Mumbai. The role requires end-to-end ownership of revenue, team performance, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large sales teams (50+ members) across sourcing, closing, and CRM

- Drive zone-level revenue ownership and achieve targets

- Oversee multi-project / multi-developer portfolios

- Build and scale teams through hiring and performance management

- Track and optimize sales funnels and KPIs

- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product teams

- Execute market expansion strategies

- Ensure strong customer experience and process adherence

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in real estate / PropTech / brokerage sales

- Proven experience managing 50+ member teams

- Experience in multi-project environments

- Revenue ownership at zone / cluster level

- Strong understanding of MMR markets
