We are hiring for a reputed Multi-Super Specialty Hospital in Ahmedabad. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Head Hospital Sales & Marketing to lead and manage the overall business development, market outreach, and sales strategy across the zone. This is a strategic leadership role focused on referral generation, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and TPA channel development.

Only candidates with strong experience in Multi-Specialty Hospital Sales will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to drive patient footfall, referrals, and revenue growth.

- Build and manage a robust doctor referral network across specialties, hospitals, and clinics.

- Expand corporate and TPA (Third Party Administrator) partnerships to boost institutional business.

Market Planning & Brand Promotion

- Drive market penetration strategies for various specialties and services.

- Identify growth opportunities and develop campaigns to strengthen hospital visibility.

- Collaborate with branding teams to plan and execute marketing activities, CMEs, seminars, and outreach programs.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical practitioners, corporates, insurance partners, and community leaders.

- Act as the hospitals representative in external engagements, networking events, and healthcare forums.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead and manage the zonal sales and outreach teams, ensuring performance targets are achieved.

- Provide training, mentorship, and strategic direction to business development executives.

Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor KPIs including footfall, conversion, channel performance, and revenue.

- Generate reports for management on market trends, competition, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in hospital sales & marketing, with significant experience in multi-specialty or super-specialty hospitals.

- Strong experience in referral marketing, TPA/corporate tie-ups, and doctor engagement.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, patient acquisition channels, and competition landscape.
