Title : Head of Sales & Collection - Lending Business / NBFCs / Fintech

Location : Gurgaon

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Leader to scale our 2 &3 Wheeler Retail Business. As the Zonal Head of Sales & Collections , the individual will be responsible to scale the current business lines across regions, and build & manage a high performing, high ownership team. The core responsibilities of the individual will be to own the entire distribution and collections cycle of the business, including building a highly competent team, and managing OEM and dealer relationships.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Build and manage high-performing sales and collections teams across multiple cities and states, ensuring consistent monthly target achievement

- Develop and expand a strong distribution network including dealers, sub-dealers, DCOs, and other external business infl uencers (EBIs)

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring an effi cient and scalable sales funnel

- Drive collections performance, ensuring timely repayments with minimal NPA's.

- Manage repossession and redeployment of vehicles in case of customer defaults, minimizing credit losses.

- Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction (NPS) by delivering a seamless experience across the journey

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, credit performance, and market penetration.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- MBA / PG / Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Retail Lending in North India, preferably in the vehicle space, with strong exposure to dealer management, sales, and collections.

- Proven experience in building and managing multi-layered, multi-geography teams (must have).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Data first approach to problem solving.

- Ability to drive high-performance teams in a target-driven environment
