Job Description:

- Business Leadership: Drive revenue and AUM growth by building and managing a robust private banking space.

- Client Relationship Management: Manage select UHNI relationships and ensure high retention and wallet share.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team.

- Strategic Planning: Align business strategy with market trends and client needs; develop region-/segment-specific plans.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks.
