We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Head to lead and drive the growth of our POSP (Point of Sales Person) channel within the assigned zone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, training, compliance, channel partner management, and overall business development, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

POSP Recruitment & Expansion:

- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard POSP agents.

- Expand the agent network within the zone to enhance market reach.

- Monitor agent performance and identify high-potential talent for growth opportunities.

Training & Development:

- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for POSP agents on products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.

- Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve agent performance and retention.

- Conduct periodic workshops and refresher sessions to ensure agents remain updated on market trends and product knowledge.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines across all POSP operations.

- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to minimize risks.

- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary operational adjustments.

Channel Partner Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to enhance collaboration.

- Monitor partner performance and implement initiatives to drive mutual growth.

- Resolve conflicts and challenges effectively while maintaining a positive partner experience.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets within the zone.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.

- Identify new business opportunities and implement plans to capitalize on them.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare regular reports on agent performance, sales metrics, and compliance adherence.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to improve channel efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in agency/channel management, preferably within the insurance industry.

- Strong understanding of POSP channels and distribution.

- Proven track record in General, Health, and Life Insurance sales.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
