Zonal Head - Investment Counsellor - Bank

- Take complete ownership of the zone wealth P&L and ensure delivery against business plans.

- Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team across the zone.

- Partner closely with the Private Banking Group (PBG) to design integrated client engagement models, enhance referral effectiveness, and increase overall wallet share.

- Work in strong coordination with Branch Banking leadership to drive consistent sourcing and growth of wealth business.

- Achieve key financial metrics including AUM expansion, fee income targets, optimal product mix, and deeper customer penetration.

- Implement structured cross-sell programs across branches for mutual funds, insurance, PMS, bonds, and other approved investment solutions.

- Position Loans Against Securities (LAS) as a significant revenue driver by collaborating with Branch Banking and internal stakeholders.

- Serve as the central owner for all branch-wealth coordination initiatives within the zone.

- Build strong working relationships with Zonal and Regional Branch Heads to foster joint accountability for revenue outcomes.

- Create and institutionalize effective processes for lead generation, referral tracking, conversion, and joint customer interactions
