
Overall, Job Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends, identify future needs, and develop strategies to optimize staffing levels and talent acquisition.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring, weekly, monthly based on business requirements.
- Employee Onboarding and Orientation: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires Induction and Orientation.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Employee Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and track employee development.
- Grievance Handling: Investigate and resolve employee grievances in a timely and fair manner.
- Employee Satisfaction: Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
- Exit Management: Manage the exit process, including exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- HR Tech and Digital Implementation: Drive the adoption of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives.
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory compliances.
- HR Projects: Lead and manage HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.
- HR Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize HR costs and improve budgetary efficiency.
- Employee Rewards and Recognition: Design and implement effective reward and recognition programs to motivate and appreciate employees' contributions. This may include performance-based bonuses, spot awards, employee-of-the-month programs, and other incentives.
- NABH, NABL - Responsible for the HR NABH, NABL Compliances.
- HR Team - HR Team building, engagement, development & Retention.
- Generalist HR - Other Generalist Activities in HR based on the business requirements and may add the projects and activities based on the business requirements periodically.
- The Organization reserves the right to make changes in the Job role and transfer of the employees as per the business needs periodically.
- Job Competencies Graduate (Any) and master's degree in human resources or a related field (Preferred)
- 12-18 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on generalist HR functions.
- Strong HR Experience as Generalist HR
- Open to travel to other business units / zone as per the business requirements.
- Proven track record in leading and managing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
