Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Formulate and execute zonal business plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Drive disbursement, AUM, customer acquisition, and branch productivity across the zone.
- Identify new markets, branch expansion opportunities, and product penetration strategies.
- Ensure strong sourcing mix across self- sourced, DSA, connector, and builder channels.
Sales & Distribution Management:
- Lead and manage Regional / Area Sales Heads and Branch Managers.
- Build high- performing sales teams with focus on productivity and cost efficiency.
- Strengthen relationships with DSAs, developers, micro- market influencers, and local ecosystem partners.
- Monitor funnel metrics including login, approval, disbursement, and conversion - ratios.
Credit & Risk Oversight:
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting norms, and delegated authority matrix.
- Work closely with credit teams to balance growth with asset quality.
- Monitor portfolio health including delinquency trends, GNPA/NNPA, early warning signals, and risk concentrations.
- Support fraud risk management and policy calibration for the affordable segment.
Collections & Portfolio Quality:
- Oversee collections performance and delinquency management across the zone.
- Drive resolution strategies for early buckets, roll- backs, and recovery efficiency.
- Coordinate with legal, repossession, and resolution teams where required.
- Maintain strong focus on portfolio seasoning and long- term asset quality.
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, credit, operations, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with NHB / RBI regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor TATs, service quality, documentation standards, and customer experience.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
People Leadership & Capability Building:
- Hire, train, and develop leadership talent across the zone.
- Drive performance management, incentive governance, and succession planning.
- Foster a high- performance, ethical, and customer- centric culture.
- Ensure strong employee engagement and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Zonal disbursement and AUM growth
- Portfolio quality (GNPA / NNPA / SMA trends)
- Productivity per branch and per employee
- Cost- to- income efficiency
- Collections efficiency and delinquency control
- Compliance and audit scores
