Position - Zonal Head / Direct Sales / Kolkata.

Role & Responsibility:

- Managing a team of Area Managers across East along with enduring lead generation from branch Ops n open market.

- Managing leads database, recruitment of Managers & Branch Managers, as well as executing sales strategies as desired by the profitability matrix of my company/channel.

- People Management ,across all major locations.

- Worked in all Eastern India markets like West Bengal & North East apart from different phases. Ensuring proper utilization of leads given by HO & Branch & other digital tools.

- Motivating team to sell right keeping long term prospective in mind & follow a customer centric approach.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

1. Work Exposure: Candidate should have an exposure of doing/managing team.

2. Market Exposure: Candidate should have worked in the Asset management local market.

3. Team Management Exposure: Candidate should have managed a team of 8 members.

Target Industries: Wealth / Asset Management / Broking / Investment.

Language abilities: Hindi, English, Local Language
